Who can apply

Two questions determine eligibility. The application itself takes about five minutes with a parent or guardian.

The form is a Google Form. A parent or guardian fills it out with you.

What grade are you going into next fall?
Do you have a computer at home that's yours?

What a camp day is like

You're at a table with your parts and your teacher. Teachers show a step on the screen, then you do it with your hands. By the last day the computer you built boots, runs, and comes home with you.

What you take home

The computer, a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. Set up, updated, with your own account on it. It is yours the same night.

Who teaches

Every teacher is a 7th grader who built a computer before you. They know which screw is the annoying one. Adults are in the room, but kids run the tables.

What you learn about AI

Your computer has a real graphics card. On the last day you run an AI model on it, on your desk, with no internet needed, and learn what it's actually doing.

A teacher pointing at a motherboard for two campers at a library table
A teacher showing where the memory goes on the board.
A camper in red giving a thumbs up beside the computer she built
A camper with her finished computer.
Campers playing Uno at camp tables during a break
A break between lessons, with lunch provided every day.
